The job usually goes to whoever answers first.

You can be the best roofer in Doylestown and still lose the job in the minutes after a call goes unanswered. These are the gaps the audit measures.

Calls you miss on the job

2:15 PM. The phone rings while you're up a ladder. They get voicemail, hang up and call the next company on Google.

Calls that come after hours

7:40 PM. Burst pipes and dead furnaces don't keep business hours. Whoever answers tonight is in the driveway tomorrow.

Web leads that wait

10:05 AM. A quote request lands mid-morning and you see it after dinner. By then they've booked whoever called back at lunch.

Pennsylvania's new texting rules

Effective October 18, 2026. SB 992 brings sales texts under the state's telemarketing law, with fines of up to $1,000 per violation, or $3,000 when the person is 60 or older. Know where your texts stand before you automate anything.

Missed-call text-back

When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your business within seconds asking what they need. It goes out from a carrier-registered business number, in wording you approve during setup, and the reply reaches your phone with the job and the town.

AI answering assistant

Calls you can't take still get answered. The assistant says it's automated, takes the details and sends them to you, so you call back already knowing the job.

Instant replies to web leads

Quote requests from your website form get a reply right away instead of after dinner, so the customer hears from you before they fill out the next company's form.

How it works

From the first call to running in the background

Four steps, with one person the whole way through.

  1. 15-minute call

You walk me through how calls and leads reach you now. I tell you what the audit would look at and what it costs. No slides.

    Day 0
  2. The audit

You send 30 days of call logs and a few recent web leads, then walk me through how a job moves from first call to paid invoice. Five business days later you have the report, with the fixes ranked.

No logins needed. You send exports, not passwords.

    5 business days
  3. Setup

I set up Missed-Call Recovery and test it with you before it touches a real customer. Texting goes live once the carriers approve your texting number.

You approve the wording and the assistant's script before anything goes live.

    If you want it
  4. Running

Caught leads land on your phone with the job details. When you want something changed, you message the person who built it.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

Anything else, ask on the call.

What does the $500 audit cover?

19 checks across five areas: your missed, after-hours and repeat calls from the last 30 days; how fast web leads get a reply, plus a test quote request; your Google listing and reviews; how a job moves from first call to paid invoice; and Pennsylvania's updated texting rules. You get a report with what's slipping, what it's worth and the fixes ranked by dollars or hours, five business days after the walkthrough.

Do I have to buy anything after the audit?

No. The audit is $500, paid up front, with no retainer. If you want the fixes done for you, Missed-Call Recovery is $1,250 to set up and $200 a month. If you'd rather handle them yourself, the report tells you what to do first.

Will customers know they're texting an automated assistant?

Yes. The first text says it's from an automated assistant. Pennsylvania's updated law bans deceptive computer-generated messages starting October 18, 2026, and people don't like being fooled anyway.

Is texting missed callers allowed under Pennsylvania's new law?

It can be. Pennsylvania's SB 992, effective October 18, 2026, brings sales texts and voicemails under the state's telemarketing rules. From that date, sales texts can only go out between 9 AM and 7 PM, never on Sundays, and opt-out replies like STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE must be honored. Whether a reply to someone who just called you counts as a sales text can depend on what it says, so you choose the hours text-backs go out, and the audit flags which of your texts may fall under the new rules. It's practical guidance, not legal advice.

How is this different from an answering service?

An answering service puts a person on the line to take a message, usually billed by the minute or by the call. Missed-Call Recovery texts the caller back in seconds, answers the calls you can't take and sends the job details to your phone, for $200 a month after setup.

What areas do you serve?

Bucks and Montgomery County, including Doylestown, Warrington, Warminster, Newtown, Chalfont, Quakertown, Lansdale, North Wales, Horsham, Ambler, Blue Bell and King of Prussia. The automation works anywhere in the US. The texting-law checklist in the audit is written for Pennsylvania.

Do you work with Shopify brands too?

Yes. Store fixes and Klaviyo email for Shopify brands have their own page. Store fixes and Klaviyo email
